Your notes

Prayer Notebook is designed as a personal prayer and reflection notebook. In v1.0, your prayer writing, prayer topics, answered-prayer notes, reflections, letters, and library records are stored locally on your device.

Cloud backup and account-based recovery are not current v1.0 features, so please treat the device that holds your notebook as the current home of those records.

Scripture translations

Bible translations are copyrighted or licensed works. Prayer Notebook is offered free so that more Christians can use it in their prayer life, and the app can provide only translations it is currently permitted to provide.

If a familiar translation is unavailable, it is not being withheld arbitrarily. If broader commercial translation rights later require licensing fees, a future paid option may be necessary to help cover licensing and sustainable service costs.

Any future payment would relate to licensing and sustainable product delivery. It would never mean purchasing better truth, better Scripture, greater spiritual authority, or privileged access to God’s Word.

Voice Scripture search

When you use voice-based Scripture reference search, speech-recognition services may process the spoken reference needed to perform that request. Prayer Notebook does not require you to place private prayer or letter content into voice search.

Listening Room

Timed stays provide an in-app countdown for the selected time. You can also use the Listening Room without a timer.

Please avoid sending private prayer or letter content unless it is necessary for the support request and you choose to share it.
